Key responsibilities
- Coordinating the planning and execution of events
- Liaising with venues, artists, partners, and stakeholders
- Managing event logistics before, during, and after events
- Creating event creatives using existing templates
- Handling attendee communication, feedback, and post-event follow-ups
- Creating and publishing content for DoWithLit, LITJAM, LITMIC & LITQUIZ
- Managing social media platforms and content calendars
- Writing captions, stories, and promotional content
- Turning event photos, videos, and updates into engaging content
- Supporting community engagement and audience growth

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
