ESaaS - Oracle - Technical - EBS/Apps Development

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Developer – Oracle to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade Oracle applications and integrations. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across functional and technical teams in complex transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Design & Development

Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.

Build and customize:

Reports (BI Publisher, OTBI, XML Publisher) Interfaces and integrations (using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA) Extensions (PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, APEX, Java) Conversions and data migration programs

Develop scalable and high-performance solutions following Oracle best practices.

Integration & Middleware

Design and implement integrations between Oracle applications and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, banks, external ERPs).

Utilize tools such as:

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) SOA Suite / REST APIs Middleware technologies for real-time and batch processing

Ensure secure, reliable, and fault-tolerant integrations.

Technical Architecture & Solutioning

Collaborate with Solution Architects to define technical architecture and integration frameworks.

Provide inputs on:

Data models System scalability Performance optimization

Translate functional requirements into technical design documents (TDDs).

Database & Performance Optimization

Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries, procedures, triggers, and packages. Conduct performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies. Ensure data integrity and efficient database design.
