About the Role:We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to lead strategic initiatives across our supply chain ecosystem. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, possess strong business acumen, and have hands-on experience driving operational excellence, growth, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic supply chain initiatives and special projects.
- Drive operational improvements across sourcing, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics functions.
- Analyze business performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions. Own key business metrics including cost optimization, service levels, inventory turns, and fulfilment efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Product, and Business teams.
- Develop business cases, operating plans, and growth strategies for new initiatives.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Support leadership in strategic planning, process design, and expansion initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institution; MBA preferred.
- 3 yrs+ of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Strategy, Consulting, or Program Management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Experience owning business metrics and driving P&L-impacting initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous and high-growth environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
