Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Launch new market zones by identifying high-demand locations and activating operations
Acquire supply by onboarding PG partners and building strong property inventory
Drive revenue growth by converting leads into bookings and improving occupancy rates
Manage end-to-end operations including supply, sales, and customer experience
Ensure smooth booking, visit, and check-in processes for customers
Hire and manage local execution teams to support market operations
Track competitors and analyze market trends to identify expansion opportunities
Build and implement processes to enable independent zone operations
Apply consultative selling approaches to guide high-intent users in decision-making
