Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with HR, L&D, and business leaders to understand client needs.
- Support sales presentations, proposals, and client meetings.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Contribute towards achieving business development and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, or related specialization).
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for sales, client engagement, and business growth.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
