The ERP Consultant P2P will analyze and optimize procure-to-pay business processes, working closely with finance, procurement, and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into ERP configurations. Responsibilities include participating in end-to-end ERP implementation projects, conducting fit-gap analysis, preparing functional specifications, and supporting testing, training, and go-live activities. The role involves troubleshooting ERP issues, providing user support, and recommending continuous improvements to enhance system performance and process efficiency. The consultant will also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals and best practices.Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business process design and improvement, particularly within procure-to-pay (P2P) cycles.
- Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and ERP implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify gaps, and propose practical solutions.
- Knowledge of finance processes related to procurement, invoicing, and payments, and their integration within ERP systems.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and document requirements and processes effectively.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, with a focus on ERP or business process transformation, is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
