Job Description

BGSW is seeking a visionary Senior AI Leader to define and execute the enterprise AI strategy, lead AI-driven business transformation, and build scalable AI capabilities across engineering, business, and corporate functions. This leadership role will drive enterprise-wide AI adoption, foster innovation, and establish Bosch as a leader in the application of Artificial Intelligence across its global businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the enterprise AI vision, strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.

- Lead large-scale AI transformation programs across engineering, manufacturing, mobility, and corporate functions.

- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing AI, Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, and MLOps teams.

- Drive enterprise adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI platforms, and intelligent automation solutions.

- Partner with business and engineering leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Build scalable AI platforms and reusable capabilities that accelerate innovation across Bosch.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders, technology partners, hyperscalers, and the AI ecosystem to drive innovation and strategic partnerships.

- Provide executive-level communication, governance, and reporting to senior leadership.

- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, engineering excellence, and customer-centric AI delivery.

Educational qualification:

- Bachelors & Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
