We are hiring enterprise development interns to support ATG's B2B growth, corporate partnership, and key account management efforts across our business verticals. Selected interns will work directly with senior leadership to identify high-value enterprise opportunities, develop compelling business cases, and assist in nurturing long-term relationships with corporate clients and institutional partners across domestic and international markets. This internship is designed for candidates who are ambitious, commercially aware, and eager to understand how large-scale business relationships are built and managed. You will gain direct exposure to enterprise sales cycles, B2B negotiation dynamics, and strategic account management in sectors including SaaS, AI, HRTech, EdTech, and technology consulting. Interns who demonstrate strong performance may be assigned to high-priority enterprise accounts, international partnership discussions, and strategic expansion projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Identify, research, and prioritize potential enterprise clients and strategic partnership opportunities
Assist in developing polished business proposals, capability decks, and tailored pitch materials
Support targeted outreach to corporate accounts and coordinate discovery meeting schedules
Document enterprise client requirements in detail and coordinate timely internal responses
Track partnership development pipelines and provide regular structured progress reports to leadership
Conduct deep industry and account-level research to strengthen and support enterprise pitches
Participate in senior stakeholder meetings and accurately record key discussion points and next steps
Support negotiation preparation by researching relevant deal benchmarks and market standards
Coordinate with product and operations teams to ensure seamless enterprise client servicing

Fixed pay: ₹ 2,500 - 10,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 100 - 2,500 /month
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 350000 to 700000/year 1. We do have both part-time and full-time internship opportunities available for this position
