JD: The Cyber Design team under Security, Resilience, and Controls works with complex technical issues and contributes to developin global edge on innovative risk-mitigating solutions. The Cyber Design team brings security architecture and internal security standards based on regulatory requirements and best practices to the rest of the Group. The Cyber Design is responsible for deep technical assessments of and security controls of IT services.
The candidate will:
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Cyber Security Assessment requests, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and high service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to ensure alignment between service delivery operations and strategic goals. Monitor service performance, adherence to KPIs, and workload distribution among assessors to maintain balanced and effective operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to assessment requests, resolving issues and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Serve as a sparring partner for Cyber Security Assessment colleagues by providing guidance on tools, processes, stakeholder management, and resolving complex or delayed requests.
- Evaluate IT services for compliance with cyber security standards, identifying and assessing security posture using questionnaires, policies, and industry best practices.
- Provide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders in relation to cyber security.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing and automating Cyber Security Assessment processes by identifying improvement opportunities and driving their implementation.
IT Enterprise Architect Security Architect Technology Architect Application Architect Security Governance
Good to have Skills:
- More than 5 years of experience as specialist in areas as Cyber Security, Cyber Risk, Information Protection
- Experience related to process or service development/delivery/management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, security, or similar
- Cyber security related certifications (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ etc)
- Experience in coordination of work with colleagues from other expert areas, also non-technical.
- Solid project management skills
- Advanced diplomatic and communication skills in English
