Assist organizations in embracing cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven architectures through Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, and major public cloud providers.
Enable clients to accelerate innovation while reducing complexity and enhancing business value.

Lead Enterprise Architecture Build
Build scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud and client technology ecosystems.
Define modern data and AI architecture patterns, including customer data platforms, identity management, real-time decisioning, and personalization.
Establish architecture standards and guidelines for cloud-native, API-first, event-driven, and microservices-based solutions.
Develop reference architectures that enable agility, governance, security, and long-term scalability.
Ensure architecture decisions support reliability, observability, performance, and business continuity.
Drive Alignment and Transformation
Align business strategy, enterprise architecture, and delivery execution across marketing, technology, product, analytics, and data teams.
Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and decision-making processes that enable balanced adoption and continuous improvement.
Build positive relationships across client organizations, Adobe teams, and external partners to accelerate successful outcomes.
Guide organizations through technology change while managing complexity and reducing risk.
Influence and Encourage
Communicate architecture vision, trade-offs, and recommendations with clarity and confidence to executive audiences.
Lead strategy workshops, architecture reviews, and roadmap discussions that align collaborators and build momentum for transformation.
Advocate for data-driven and AI-powered experiences that build measurable value for customers and businesses.
Serve as a leader with a point of view who helps clients navigate new technologies and evolving market trends.
Contribute to Adobe's Growth
Build reusable frameworks, reference architectures, accelerators, and guidelines that strengthen Adobe's consulting capabilities.
Mentor architects and consultants, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Support strategic sales opportunities through solution building, executive presentations, and proposal development.
Contribute to the evolution of Adobe's Enterprise Architecture practice and help build its strategic direction.
What You Need to Succeed
Required Qualifications
Proven success developing and leading enterprise architecture strategies for complex organizations.
Deep expertise with enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns, including TOGAF, API-first, and architectures built on connecting different services.
Experience crafting and delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or comparable cloud platforms.
Demonstrated experience crafting AI-enabled customer experiences and applying concepts such as large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
Understanding of AI governance, agentic architectures, observability, reliability, and responsible AI practices in enterprise environments.
Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technology strategies and architecture roadmaps.
Strong executive communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across organizations.
Experience collaborating with software engineers, data architects, application developers, data scientists, and business leaders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across diverse teams and functions.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform tools.
Experience working with digital marketing, customer experience, customer data, or personalization platforms.
Knowledge of customer journey orchestration, decisioning, and real-time activation strategies.
Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
