Teachers at Openhouse deliver engaging, high-quality Language classes for children while taking ownership of student progress, parent experience, and the overall learning environment. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy helping children develop strong reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in a fun and interactive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality classes: Prepare for and conduct Language classes using the Openhouse curriculum, facilitating activities that build vocabulary, reading, writing, and communication skills.

1. Track student development: Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and provide meaningful feedback to parents and the management team through regular updates and progress reports.

1. Support the learning community: Interact with parents during feedback sessions, workshops, and events, and collaborate with the management team to support student trials and admissions when required.

1. Lead showcases and events: Prepare students for language-based presentations, performances, or events, and participate in training and team meetings.

Time Commitment:

1. Any 5 days of the week (20 hours per week, 4 hours each day you choose).

1. Weekday Timings: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

1. Weekend Timings: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Location:

1. Classes are conducted across Bangalore at learning centers or apartment complexes.

1. The location will be assigned according to your preference.
