Plan, execute, and document quality inspections across incoming, in-process, and final stages (including hydrostatic and pneumatic testing as per API 598)
Conduct in-process inspections in the machine shop to ensure dimensional and specification compliance
Verify incoming raw materials against Mill Test Certificates (MTCs) and maintain material traceability
Track non-conformances and ensure closure through corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate with TPI agencies, clients, and vendors for inspections, documentation, and compliance requirements
Visit vendor facilities for inspection, qualification, and quality checks when required
Maintain QA documentation including calibration records, audit trails, drawing approvals, and test reports
Ensure compliance with ISO, API, and internal quality standards
Prepare and share quality reports and inspection summaries with stakeholders
Knowledge of quality standards: API 598, API 600, API 609, API 6D, API Q1
Familiarity with ISO documentation and compliance processes
Hands-on experience with engineering drawings and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers)
Understanding of inspection methods and quality control processes
Proficiency in microsoft office and digital documentation tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Experience in industrial valve/process equipment industry (preferred)
Exposure to manufacturing systems, QMS, and documentation control (preferred)
Candidates residing in or around Vasai (preferred)
