Engineer - PDC

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Engine Emission testing as per Indian / US / European legislation
2. Test facility work Planning and Scheduling.
3. Manpower Handling and Training
4. Monitoring utilisation and effciency of the test facility ,
5. Test report preparation and release,
6. Trouble shooting and failure analysis

Experience

DME - Minimum 8 years

Industry Preferred

1. Farm / Heavy Duty Industry
2. Certification Agency

Qualifications

BE or ME

General Requirements

*Sound Knowledge of Indian legislation (AIS 137) & International Emission legislations(40CFR 1065 & 1039 and EU R96).

Proficient in handling below equipments ,

1. Steady state/transient dyno testbed operation and its automation software like PUMA / Orbit-e
2. Emission measuring Equipments, SPC 478 - particulate measurement system, APC - Particle Counter device, smoke meter, opacimeter, Airflow meter and fuel meter & conditoner.

Ability to do steady state /transient Dyno Performance & Emission testing independently. Engine test data analysis in SW like Concerto / Uniplot / excel sheet Knowledge on engine management softwares like INCA & VISU.
