As an Endur Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end service lifecycle of the OpenLink Endur platform, ensuring stable operations, seamless upgrades, and high-quality support for trading, risk, and back-office functions.
- Manage end-to-end service delivery for the OpenLink Endur platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and adherence to SLAs.
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes for all Endur-related services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, trading teams, risk functions, and IT partners to understand requirements and ensure quality service outcomes.
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and release management activities across Endur environments.
- Oversee and guide functional and technical analysts supporting the Endur platform.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and drive continuous system and process improvements.
- Govern vendor relationships, including service integrators and Endur support partners.
- Review and maintain system documentation, operating procedures, impact assessments, and design documents.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements within trading technology environments.
- Prepare service performance dashboards, management reports, and communication updates for stakeholders.
- Champion best practices in service governance, DevOps, testing, version control, and deployment processes.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
