Position Overview:
Cresta is looking for a pragmatic, business-oriented Employment Counsel to lead and manage employment law matters across our global organization. This role will serve as the primary legal advisor on employment-related issues, partnering closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and executive leadership to support a high-growth technology company operating in multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will have substantial in-house employment law experience, a strong understanding of U.S., European, and APAC employment frameworks, and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Employment Law Counseling
- Advise People and business leaders on a broad range of employment matters, including hiring, performance management, employee relations, investigations, accommodations, leaves of absence, compensation, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Provide legal guidance on workforce planning, reorganizations, reductions in force, and organizational changes.
- Partner with Human Resources to develop and implement employment-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
