We are looking for a highly experienced Embedded Systems Architect (with around 10-12 years of experience) to join our team who is capable of driving solutioning and product architecture. The candidate should also excel in team building, idea generation, customer focus and innovation.
Job Description
Understand the requirements and prepare estimates
Perform technical discussions with internal and customer counterparts
Break down high level tasks into smaller, executable steps for the team.
Lead root cause analysis for defects and collaborate with customer / internal stakeholders to suggest fixes or workarounds.
Provide advanced debugging strategies to the team
Mentor the team & drive continuous improvement in validation workflows to reduce cycle time and increase coverage
Demonstrate success in delivering results on time with Quality.
Predict project risks and develop mitigation plans
Perform technical reviews of work items before delivering to stakeholder/customer
