About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Counsel students and professionals regarding training programs and career opportunities.

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, website leads, and walk-in inquiries.

1. Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable training programs or courses.

1. Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

1. Schedule demo sessions and counseling appointments.

1. Maintain lead records and update CRM systems or Excel reports.

1. Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

1. Coordinate with trainers and administrative staff regarding student admissions.

1. Build and maintain positive relationships with students throughout the admission process.
