Were hiring: Customer Success Executive US Desk Tuition Highway is expanding its TH Customer Success Team, and we are looking for an entry-level Customer Success Executive based in India to support our US Desk. This role is ideal for someone with strong spoken English, clear written communication, and the confidence to speak with parents professionally over WhatsApp, phone, email, and online meetings. You will help parents through the full journey from first enquiry to demo scheduling, onboarding, class coordination, follow-ups, and ongoing support. What we are looking for:
- Strong spoken and written English
- Clear, neutral, and professional communication style
- Confident phone and WhatsApp manner
- Ability to follow up properly and keep parents updated
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Interest in education, tutoring, customer support, or customer success
- Comfort working with families across different time zones
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree required
- BBA, Business, Marketing, Communications, English, Education, or related fields will be preferred
This is an entry-level role, but we are looking for someone serious, reliable, and comfortable representing Tuition Highway with parents in international markets.
