Position Summary: The Occupant will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of daily operations across multiple online platforms. The role involves coordination between internal teams and external marketplace partners to ensure timely order processing, accurate listings, inventory management, and compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon and Flipkart platforms, ensuring smooth business execution.
- Own and drive month-on-month business growth across Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.
- Handle marketplace configurations including pricing, offers, catalogue creation (ASIN/FSN), and new launches.
- Ensuring Listing & Maintenance of page hygiene of Servify products selling in all the E-commerce platforms
- Coordinate with E-commerce POCs to ensure smooth operational execution, resolve daily issues, and develop a strong understanding of the E-commerce ecosystem.
- Building innovation/ bringing new ideas to grow the business. Have a basic understanding of AI tools and leverage them to improve productivity and streamline daily operations.
- Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and service-related concerns, driving initiatives to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure accurate data analysis, reporting, and timely sharing of business insights.
- Own billing operations, data management, sales trackers, activation reports, and brand review decks.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, Marketplace, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
