This is a platform-specialist role — you will be fully accountable for listings, cataloguing, campaigns, seller metrics, returns, and growth on Myntra. You will work closely with the e-commerce, marketing, and warehouse teams, and report directly to the Head of E-Commerce. Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Operations◦ Own all Myntra seller panel operations — onboarding new SKUs, managing active listings, resolving flags promptly.◦ Ensure catalogue compliance: accurate titles, bullet points, size charts, and imagery per Myntra style guide.◦ Monitor and improve seller scorecard metrics — quality score, fill rate, SLA adherence, returns, and cancellations.◦ Coordinate with the warehouse for inventory allocation, replenishment triggers, and dispatch SLAs.Campaigns & Visibility◦ Plan and execute all relevant Myntra campaigns: End of Reason Sale (EORS), Myntra Fashion Carnival, brand days, and category promotions.◦ Manage Myntra Marketing Ads (MMA) — sponsored listings, brand placements — with a clear budget and ROAS target.◦ Coordinate with the Myntra category manager to negotiate better shelf placement, exclusives, and visibility slots.◦ Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with key learnings.Catalogue & Content◦ Own the end-to-end cataloguing workflow: brief the photo team, upload assets, manage rejections and resubmissions.◦ Ensure new product launches go live within agreed timelines; flag bottlenecks early.◦ Maintain size-chart accuracy and proactively reduce size-related returns.Analytics & Reporting◦ Track daily / weekly GMV, sell-through, return rates, and conversion by SKU and category.◦ Identify slow-movers, pricing opportunities, and catalogue gaps using Myntra seller reports.◦ Prepare weekly performance dashboards and present insights with recommended actions to leadership.Returns & Customer Experience◦ Monitor return reasons by SKU; coordinate with production and QC teams to resolve quality-related return spikes.◦ Ensure product descriptions and imagery accurately represent the product to minimise expectation-mismatch returns.◦ Respond to and resolve seller panel flags, policy violations, and listing takedowns promptly. Qualifications & Experience◦ 3–6 years working directly on Myntra seller panel in a hands-on capacity — not just oversight.◦ Demonstrated ability to improve GMV, sell-through rate, or conversion on Myntra with specific examples.◦ Solid understanding of Myntra cataloguing standards, style guide, image specifications, and size-chart requirements.◦ Experience running Myntra Marketing Ads (MMA) and managing campaign budgets with a ROAS lens.◦ Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis; comfortable with Myntra Seller Portal reports.◦ Prior exposure to baby / kids apparel, fashion, or lifestyle categories preferred.◦ Experience with additional marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa) is a plus, not a requirement.
