We are looking for a highly analytical and creative D2C Growth & Analytics Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the D2C/E-commerce industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, performance marketing, reporting, and UI/UX aesthetics, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and contribute towards brand growth. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and maintain D2C performance reports and dashboards across channels.Analyse business, marketing, and website performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and growth areas.Monitor key D2C metrics such as CAC, ROAS, AOV, retention, conversion rate, repeat rate, CM metrics, etc.Identify emerging D2C and E-commerce trends and provide actionable recommendations.Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to improve customer journey and user experience.Contribute to website/UI improvement ideas with a strong understanding of design aesthetics and conversion-focused layouts.Support campaign analysis across Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, retention, and website analytics.Present insights and recommendations in a structured and business-friendly manner. Requirements2–3 years of experience in D2C/E-commerce businesses.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Experience in creating reports using Excel/Google Sheets and analytics dashboards.Good understanding of D2C business metrics and performance analysis.Ability to interpret data and identify market/customer trends.Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design sensibilities.Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms is preferred.Strong communication and presentation skills.
