Our team supports clients across the US, EU, MENA and APAC regions, delivering highquality product listings, creative assets, catalogue optimisation and content syndication solutions.We are seeking a Creativeled eCommerce Services Consultant who will primarily focus on image and video asset creation, A+ Content, Brand Stores and Brand Stories, while also supporting catalogue operations during lower creative workload periods.This role is ideal for a highly skilled creative professional with strong technical proficiency in Amazons ecosystem and a solid understanding of listing support.This position is currently a 6 months contract with potential to extend.
About the RolePrimary Responsibilities Creative Services
- Build, refresh and optimise A+ Content, Brand Stories and Amazon Brand Stores, ensuring compliance with platformspecific technical guidelines.
- Design, edit and enhance image and video assets for use across Amazon and other global eCommerce platforms.
- Work extensively with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, and (ideally) Adobe Premiere for video editing.
- Collaborate with internal EU and US stakeholders across Account Management, Sales, Advertising and Marketing teams.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet LSM Globals quality standards and SLA commitments.
- Liaise with Seller and Vendor Support teams via Contact Us tools when required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to internal creative best practices.Secondary Responsibilities Catalogue Operations
- Support New Item Setup and creation of highquality product listings.
- Conduct catalogue audits and proactively monitor/fix Item Data Quality (IDQ) defects.
- Improve product discoverability through variations, browse node assignments, keyword optimisation and duplicate merges.
- Maintain accurate data within PIM/content syndication tools.
- Assist with cataloguerelated escalations and operational troubleshooting.
