The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the order processing and returns operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers in the fast-paced fashion industry. Key Responsibilities Order Processing:Manage and process online orders efficiently from receipt to dispatch.Ensure accurate order entry and confirmation to minimize errors.Returns Management:Handle customer return requests and inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies.Process returns and exchanges promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.Customer Communication:Communicate effectively with customers regarding order statuses, returns, and exchanges via email and phone.Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and inquiries.Inventory Coordination:Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and updated.Assist in the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies related to returns.Data Management:Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and customer interactions in the database.Generate reports on order processing and returns metrics for management review. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.Experience:1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, order processing, or customer service, preferably in the clothing/apparel/fashion industry.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and ecommerce management systems.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
