Role & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end ecommerce operations for garment brand clients—including product listing, inventory sync, order fulfillment, and returns across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify.Optimize product titles, descriptions, and imagery based on SEO best practices and platform-specific algorithms to boost visibility and conversion rates.Monitor sales dashboards, analyze performance metrics (CTR, AOV, conversion rate), and implement tactical adjustments to improve ROI across channels.Coordinate with vendors, warehousing partners, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch, accurate labeling, and seamless reverse logistics for apparel products.Handle customer service escalations related to sizing, delivery delays, or product discrepancies—ensuring brand compliance and customer satisfaction.Run promotional campaigns, manage coupon structures, and collaborate with marketing to align offers with seasonal trends and inventory goals.
