Early Years Teacher / Assistant Teacher Location: Mumbai Day Care Center, Goregaon Contract Type: Full Time / Permanent Pay: 22,000 – 40,000 INR per month (depending on experience) Working pattern: 8.30am-5.30pm, 9.30am-6.30pm, 10.30am-7.30pm and 11.30am-8.30pm (Monthly rotational shifts) ** Bonus paid when working the 11.30am shift ** Who are Bright Horizons?: Bright Horizons are worldwide childcare organisation with around 1,000 daycare and preschool centers across the US, UK, Australia, the Netherlands and India. Purpose of the Role: As an early childhood educator, your job will be to deliver exceptional care and education to our children, and to be the main point of contact our families. To support our children’s learning and development, document their experiences on a daily basis, plan for the next steps for children’s development, and evaluate their progress.
