If you love working with children, designing engaging hands-on experiences, and creating art that inspires, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Workshop Curation & Facilitation Design, plan, and execute interactive art workshops for kids and parents.
• Develop creative learning experiences that align with Dabbles philosophy.
• Engage with children in a playful, exploratory, and sensory-rich manner.
• Experiment with new materials, textures, and techniques to make workshops exciting.

• Artistic Contribution Create original art concepts for workshops, product demos, and community events.
• Collaborate with spaces in Bangalore and PAN India and drive registrations in collaboration with marketing team
• Work with the marketing team to produce creative content, including DIY videos and live demos.
• Contribute to product ideation, bringing an artists perspective to new launches.

• Community & Brand Engagement Collaborate with parents, educators, and artists to foster a thriving creative community.
• Lead the Playart Coaches Model to launch programs across India
• Facilitate online and offline sessions that encourage free expression through art.
• Represent Dabble at events, schools, and community meet-ups to spread creative joy.

• Who You Are A visual artist, art educator, or creative facilitator with 1-2 years of experience.
• Passionate about child-led, process-based art and open-ended exploration.
• Comfortable leading hands-on art sessions with young children and families.
• A natural storyteller who can engage, inspire, and educate through art.
• Excited to experiment with eco-friendly, sensory materials that align with Dabbles ethos.

• Bonus Skills Experience in early childhood education, play therapy, or art-based learning.
• Familiarity with Waldorf, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia inspired creative approaches.
