Executive Assistant to the FounderExperience: Min 6 monthsLocation: Gurgaon, Haryana (Onsite)Department: AdministrationWorking Days: Mon- Fri About The RoleWe are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the Founder who can serve as a strategic partner in managing daily operations, business priorities, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly handle executive support, business development, client coordination, administration, recruitment support, vendor management, and operational excellence while ensuring the Founders time and efforts are optimized for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, travel, communications, and day-to-day priorities, ensuring effective follow-ups and execution of action items.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations, timely project delivery, and effective communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, business documents, and research insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Support business development activities by researching prospects, managing lead pipelines, coordinating outreach, and assisting with proposals and client presentations.
- Assist in marketing and branding initiatives, and coordination of events, webinars, leadership engagements, and company-sponsored activities.
- Manage end-to-end coordination of internal and external events, including venue management, vendor liaison, logistics, guest communication, schedules, and on-ground execution.
- Manage office administration, facility operations, vendor coordination, procurement, asset management, and IT-related requirements.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, and maintain employee and recruitment records.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and serve as a key liaison between the Founder and various stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 06 months experience in Executive Assistance, Founders Office, Business Operations, Administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace,
