The team
The Enabling Areas – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience.
Your work profile
As a Cloud Engineer- Security & FinOps Executive, you will support initiatives focused on cloud cost optimization and cloud security operations across the firm’s cloud platforms. You will work closely with engineering, security, and business teams to help ensure a secure, compliant, and cost-efficient cloud environment, with increasing exposure to automation and analytics.
Cloud Security & Support
Assist in implementing and monitoring cloud security controls aligned with standards like ISO 27001 and CIS Benchmarks.
Support identity and access management activities (user roles, permissions, access reviews).
Help monitor security alerts, vulnerabilities, and compliance dashboards.
Collaborate with senior security team members on incident response and remediation tasks.
Cloud Cost Management & Optimization (FinOps)
Assist in analyzing cloud usage and cost data across platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Support identification of cost-saving opportunities including rightsizing, idle resource cleanup, and basic optimization.
