Your work profile
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer/Assistant Manager to lead the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that enhance business productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services.
Migrate legacy SharePoint environments (e.g., 2013/2016) to SharePoint Online.
Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements.
Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools and third-party applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
