About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product uploads, edits, and content updates on the Shopify store backend.
- Manage product uploads, edits, and content updates on marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Meesho, Flipkart) seller panel backend.
- Track orders, inventory, and coordinate with fulfillment teams.
- Liaise with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer support for queries, returns, and refunds.
- Process new & exchange orders timely on marketplaces and Shopify store, ensuring that the order is timely produced and dispatched from fulfillment centres within cut-off period.

Other requirements
- Proficient in Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms, with hands-on experience in managing product single/bulk listings and maintaining accuracy.
- Familiar with Amazon and similar marketplace seller panels, ensuring consistency and precision while publishing single/multiple bulk products via Excel upload.
- Prior exposure to e‑commerce, retail, or customer service environments is strongly preferred.
- A background or interest in fashion trends is a plus.
