Hands-on role focused on day-to-day e-commerce operations for a fashion jewellery brand. The intern will work across order management, dispatch, platform coordination, and listing workflows, gaining practical exposure to marketplace operations and D2C execution. 1. Process and manage incoming orders across platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify 2. Verify order details, payment status, and shipping information for accuracy 3. Update order statuses and handle cancellations, returns, and exchanges 4. Pick, pack, and label jewellery products as per brand and platform standards 5. Ensure accuracy in SKU selection, quantity, and order mapping 6. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and pickups 7. Maintain dispatch logs and tracking records 8. Assist in creating and updating product listings across marketplaces 9. Upload product details including titles, descriptions, specifications, and attributes 10. Optimize listings for better visibility and conversions 11. Monitor listing quality and resolve errors or suppression issues 12. Perform basic image editing for product listings including cropping and resizing 13. Ensure images meet marketplace guidelines and standards 14. Coordinate with creative teams for listing visuals when required 15. Raise and track claims for lost, damaged, or returned shipments 16. Maintain documentation for claims and discrepancies 17.
