Role: Full-time, Permanent role at Kondapur, Hyderabad Experience: 0-2+ years Job Overview: We are hiring an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage online marketplace activities, product cataloging, campaign coordination, and overall marketplace performance across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Handle daily operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and brand websites. Create, update, and optimize product listings including pricing, descriptions, images, and inventory details. Coordinate with internal teams for online promotions, festive campaigns, offers, and product launches. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs and order delays. Analyze marketplace performance including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior trends. Work closely with marketing, operations, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth execution. Manage order processing, returns, refunds, cancellations, and customer escalations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel and marketplace dashboards. Ensure seller account health, marketplace compliance, and strong customer ratings/reviews. Requirements Basic to good understanding of E-commerce operations and online marketplaces. Strong proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data analysis. Knowledge of marketplace KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CAC, conversion rate, and customer retention metrics. Good coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in E-commerce, marketplace management, cataloging, or online operations. Familiarity with Seller Central, marketplace dashboards, and inventory management tools is an added advantage. Candidates from D2C, Retail, FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, or Consumer brands preferred.
