Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Manage product listings across platforms

1. Handle customer escalations end-to-end

1. Track orders, returns, and fulfilment

1. Coordinate with logistics and ops teams

1. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on Excel

1. Manage Shopify store updates & inventory
