About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Manage the Delhivery portal to fulfill daily orders and ensure timely pickup from the warehouse.
Call customers to confirm COD orders and provide timely updates in case of delays.
Follow up with Delhivery for delayed orders and keep customers informed accordingly.
