Key Responsibilities

1. UAV Pilot: Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of internal flight tests, trials, and field demos.

1. User Demos: Support the Operations Manager in planning and conducting demonstrations, tailoring execution to specific client needs.

1. System Integration: Work hands-on with UAV subsystems assembly, wiring, troubleshooting, and tuning for mission readiness.

1. Testing & Feedback: Collect and document flight test data, support root-cause analysis, and channel insights to engineering teams.

1. Operational Documentation: Help create and refine SOPs, manuals, and maintenance checklists.

1. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of operations, flight logs, and system performance.

1. DGCA Pilot License strongly preferred.

1. Familiarity with UAV ground control software (Mission Planner, QGroundControl) and flight stacks (ArduPilot, PX4) is a plus.
