To ensure the business solution designed is based on the holistic view across all the processes of assigned domain while leveraging the pre-delivered best Practices.

Key responsibilities

Act as the Blue Yonder TMS solution expert for transformational projects and programs, and as a key contributor to change management efforts on global and regional implementations. Work closely with both business and IT stakeholders, and suggest best practices for business processes as well as best-practice solutions for using Blue Yonder TMS. Prepare and deliver presentations to user, management, and executive-level audiences, and advise customers on industry best practices and process methodology. Lead and facilitate design, development, and integration discussions covering product functionality and architecture — including mapping data and process flow from one Blue Yonder solution to another — for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens, ensuring smooth alignment between technical and functional business requirements. Convert business requirements into technical terms for the development team; perform detailed design, produce functional specifications, and obtain design acceptance from business stakeholders and reviewers. Conduct and lead business process analysis, design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of projects. Provide Level 3 non-technical support during upgrades ..etc Take a lead role in proactively identifying areas of process improvement and maintaining strong connectivity with customers and the business. Interact with Business, Service Delivery, and Service Providers in decision-making on new solutions. Enforce and improve best practices in retail warehouse management across logistics needs. Drive proactive involvement in global technology growth and improvements in processes and service delivery. Handle RFP and pre-sales activities. Skill Requirements Skills and experience Approximately 10–12 years of IT experience, including architecting complex solutions for JDA (Blue Yonder) products. Strong hands-on experience across Blue Yonder Transportation modules, including Transportation Management (TM), Transportation Planning (TP), TMOD, and Ocean Bookings. Experience integrating Blue Yonder TMS with third-party platforms such as Intra (INTTRA) and FourKites. Solid working knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS job configuration. Expert knowledge of the BY product suite and AppExchange products. Strong understanding of the various third-party integration methodologies supported by BY.
