The DLS Pay Specialist is responsible for reviewing Disability and Leave Services (DLS) pay accuracy and timeliness. This role will work closely global teams in the US, Costa Rica, and India. They will partner with DLS Case Managers, MHLS, payroll, and the Global Employee Receivable Management (GERM) teams to resolve employee leave or accommodation pay concerns. The ideal candidate is analytical by nature and is able to dive into the details to determine issues and underlying root causes.
