Director of Global Engineering

Position Summary:

As an Engineering Director, you will combine technical leadership with a strong people-first approach, driving engineering excellence, scalable processes, and effective commercial execution. You will also play a key role in developing and empowering a globally diverse engineering organization while delivering impactful business outcomes.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead a globally distributed engineering organization supporting order execution, engineered-to-order solutions, product development, research, and product lifecycle management.

• Provide strategic direction to align global engineering priorities with business objectives and customer needs, partnering closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Develop, coach, and retain engineering talent by fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Optimize engineering resources and budgets, balancing near-term execution priorities with long-term capability building and innovation.

• Establish performance visibility through meaningful metrics, dashboards, and capacity planning to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Drive standardization of engineering tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across regions and product lines.
