Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Google Search campaigns, including competitor campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and search term analysis.
- Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions.
- Manage bidding strategies, campaign budgets, and scaling initiatives.
- Build and optimize retargeting campaigns across advertising platforms.
- Set up and manage full-funnel Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
- Test ad creatives, hooks, messaging, and campaign variations.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Scale high-performing campaigns to maximize results.
- Create ad angles, hooks, and messaging for paid campaigns.
- Write ad copy for Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate creative concepts for image and video advertisements.
- Prepare detailed design briefs for the creative team.
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel.
- Ensure accurate tracking implementation and data flow across campaigns.
- Analyze funnel performance and identify conversion drop-offs.

- Audit advertising accounts and tracking setups.
- Identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Present campaign insights, findings, and next-step recommendations.
- Analyze competitor ads, creatives, and marketing funnels.
- Research and test new advertising channels, including LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and other platforms.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Deliver tasks within defined timelines and provide regular performance updates and reports.

Other requirements
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, including search, retargeting, and campaign scaling.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and end-to-end campaign execution.
- Proven ability to generate leads or drive revenue through paid campaigns.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Reddit Ads.
- Understanding of landing page optimization.
- Agency or multi-client account management experience.
Salary
Salary during probation: After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,00,000 /year
