Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand positioning, ensuring consistency in brand voice, messaging, visual identity, and communication across all channels
- Build customer personas, identify target audience segments, and define unique selling propositions for products and categories
- Create and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans, including campaigns aligned with key festive, cultural, and corporate occasions
- Develop comprehensive content strategies across website, email, social media, WhatsApp, and paid channels to drive engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality, conversion-focused content
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms to improve ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth
- Analyze customer behavior, identify high-value segments, and implement strategies for acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, and loyalty programs
- Plan and execute email and CRM marketing initiatives, including automated journeys, abandoned cart flows, and retention campaigns
- Oversee social media strategy, including content planning, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage product launches, improve website merchandising, and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates
- Monitor key marketing metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports to evaluate campaign performance and business impact
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
