We are currently scaling our B2B corporate gifting vertical and building structured digital systems to drive consistent visibility, inbound interest, and lead generation across industries. Job Description: This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketer (B2B) role in Hyderabad. The role involves owning our digital presence across search and social with a specific focus on making Group Welkin visible where B2B decision-makers are searching, including on AI platforms.The ideal candidate actively uses AI tools in their daily workflow, understands how modern search works (SEO, AEO, and GEO), and can run structured campaigns and content operations with minimal hand-holding. Key Responsibilities
- Improve website visibility on search engines and AI platforms (Google, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) for B2B corporate gifting queries starting with Hyderabad-specific searches
- Implement and maintain on-page SEO across the website meta tags, page structure, keyword targeting, and internal linking
- Apply AEO and GEO principles to create content that gets surfaced in AI-generated answers and featured snippets
- Plan, set up, and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager targeting B2B decision-makers
- Schedule and publish organic content across all social media platforms using scheduling tools
- Use AI tools actively to create, adapt, and optimise content for both search and social
- Coordinate with the UX and design team on content briefs and campaign creatives
- Deliver a structured weekly report covering tasks completed, campaign performance, organic metrics, and key observations
Qualifications:
- 12 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or B2B company preferred)
- Demonstrated understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, on-page optimisation, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
- Awareness and working knowledge of AEO and GEO, how AI platforms surface answers, and how content can be structured to appear in them
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager for paid B2B campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related discipline preferred
