Doctor Saarthi is a part of Kiran Foundation Trust. DoctorSaarthi is a healthcare support (under Kiran Foundation Trust) and medical navigation platform. Its mission is to simplify the healthcare journey by connecting patients with the right guidance, hospitals, doctors, healthcare information and support services. We are looking for digital creators and marketing interns who can create engaging digital content and help us build a strong brand presence across online platforms.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Create digital content for Doctor Saarthi's social media platforms.
Prepare reels ideas, short video scripts, captions, posters, and awareness content.
Work on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, X, and other platforms.
Help in planning and executing healthcare awareness campaigns.
Create content around patient support, doctor guidance, hospital coordination, and healthcare education.
Coordinate with the design and social media team for creatives, videos, and campaigns.
Research trending topics related to healthcare, startups, social impact, and digital marketing.
Help increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
Assist in digital outreach, community building, and campaign promotion.
Support founder/team-led content, announcements, and mission-based storytelling.
Assist in onboarding new patients and help in hospital onboarding, clinic onboarding and maintaining relationships.

Ability to contribute consistently during the internship period.
Candidates from backgrounds such as mass communication, journalism, media studies, marketing, business administration, English/Hindi literature, design/fine arts, healthcare/life sciences, social work, or any other relevant discipline will be preferred.

Additional information
Stipend Structure
Fixed pay: ₹ 1,000 - 5,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 30,000 /month
Note: Interns who onboard the highest number of hospitals in a calendar month, while meeting the quality and verification standards of DoctorSaarthi, will be eligible for special cash rewards based on their performance. The reward amount will be decided by the management and announced periodically.
