The Warranty Program Manager oversees the administration and continuous improvement of online warranty programs for Pennzoil, Quaker State, and Rotella across the United States and Canada. This position ensures seamless website operations, effective claims processing, and efficient inventory management while providing exceptional support to end users and key stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain warranty program websites ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and timely updates.
- Handle all associated email accounts, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving customer issues.
- Provide end-user support for warranty program participants, assisting with claim submissions and troubleshooting website issues.
- Review and process warranty claims, verifying eligibility and coordinating resolutions in accordance with program guidelines.
- Update warranty sites as required, including content revisions, product additions, and compliance adjustments.
- Assist with the migration of warranty sites to the Company platform, collaborating with IT and project teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Generate and deliver regular performance reports for Company stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, sales figures, and promotional outcomes.
- Support Company staff with deal creation and claim uploads, providing guidance and technical assistance as needed.

- Process supply orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating fulfillment and delivery schedules.
