What Youll Do
Create short-form content across Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Develop original content formats and series
Script, present and perform in front of camera
Study internet culture, trends and audience behaviour
Build content that earns shares, saves and conversation
Work with strategists, editors and creative teams
Participate in shoots and content production

Important Expectations This role is designed for creators who want to build exceptional content at scale. Content creation at Humour Me is highly collaborative and production-led. Creators are expected to work primarily from our office and production environments. This is not a work-from-home role. A significant part of the job involves:

Collaboration with editors, strategists and fellow creators
Real-time iteration and feedback
We believe the best content is built together, not in isolation.
Category Exclusivity As a creator, you may become the face of specific brands, categories or content ecosystems. To protect the integrity of those properties, category exclusivity may apply depending on the role and business requirements. This means creators may be restricted from independently creating competing content within the same category while representing that category professionally. We support creators building their personal brands. We do not support creators competing with the brands they represent.
