Under the direction of the CI Manager and CI Supervisor, the employee will own the plant digital workplace tools. These tools include, but are not limited to:
- Attainment and Process Intelligence (AI/PI), the Kraft Heinz equipment uptime/OEE monitoring system.
- Squint, the plant’s training platform, including conversion of paper to video documentation.
- ST-One, the plant’s PLC tag monitoring and dashboard system.
- Connected Worker, a mobile platform enabling digital execution of the Kraft Heinz Management System.
- KHAI, the Kraft Heinz Artificial Intelligence program.
The employee will work with various groups to implement and improve the digital workplace tools, including plant, corporate, and supplier teams. They will leverage their PLC knowledge to maintain and continuously improve the digital tools. In addition, they will be an advocate for use of the tools and actively seek out other opportunities to expand the use of these and other digital tools throughout the factory.
Responsibilities
- Administration of all digital tools, including configuration and access management.
- Training of plant personnel on digital tools.
- Maintain data integrity and reports generated by Attainment and Process Intelligence.
- Ensure Squint functions properly, assist in content creation, and support training tracking for the plant.
- Manage PLC tags in ST-One and build dashboards using SQL to support plant needs.
- Maintain Connected Worker platform, including worker access, module setup, and password resets.
- Implement usage of KHAI, Nadia and other AI tools where applicable.
- Manage new digital projects brought to the plant.
- Seek out opportunities to expand the use of new and existing digital tools throughout the plant.
- Work on continuous improvement projects as leader or team member.

- Report out project status formally and informally to management internal and external to the plant.
- Ensure quality of our product and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management or required by business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to effectively train others.
- Self-motivated with ability to work self-directed to complete projects.
- Can learn new skills independently
- Ability to stay up to date on emerging digital technologies
- Able to lead teams and function as a team member to solve problems.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate both up and down the organization.
- PLC knowledge (especially Allen Bradley)
- Advanced computer and typing skills
- Microsoft Office expertise, especially Excel
- High school diploma/GED required
- Technical degree or experience in lieu of
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL, VBA, and Microsoft Excel macro programming.
- Expertise in AI (Artificial Intelligence)
- Video editing experience
- Create and utilize PowerBI dashboards and Microsoft forms
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Studio Designer v32, Factory Talk View Studio.
- Yellow or Green Belt Certified
Working Conditions
- 40 hours per week/8 hours daily/5 days pers week.
- Work overtime as required.
- Flexibility to adjust shift schedule to work with employees on other shifts as required – Primary shift is 7:30 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
- Work is indoors, primary location is a production floor that is wet and about 40°F, secondary locations are occasionally wet, seasonal climate.
- Must wear the following PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): bump cap/hard hat, safety glasses, slip resistant shoes, and ear plugs.
- Frequent standing & walking can be required.
