Ensure channel profitability through streamlined processes and sales enablement.
Stakeholder Management & Engagement
Lead and mentor OEM deployment SPOCs to ensure strategic alignment.
Establish effective communication with internal teams (sales, marketing) and external partners (OEMs).
Resolve cross-functional issues to meet timelines and partner expectations.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Performance Metrics & Reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Carnot) to develop bundled solutions.
Drive revenue, partnerships, and sales targets (quarterly and annual).
Track and benchmark competitor offerings, pricing, and partnerships.
Provide regular updates on business performance and market insights to leadership.
Experience
12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the telematics, IoT, or technology industry. Familiarity with big data, cloud-based agricultural solutions, and predictive analytics applications is a plus. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of telematics solutions, SaaS platforms, and IoT technologies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
