We are currently seeking a Developer or Technical Lead (Niche or Regular), Cloud Consultants, QA Tester, QA Lead, Data Migratio to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
Design and implement end-to-end Pega solutions and Pega RPA (Robotic Process Automation) aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
Define application layer structure, class hierarchy, case types, data models, and integration patterns.
Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and best practices.
Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
Development & Implementation
Develop complex case workflows, UI rules, data pages, decision rules, and integrations.
Implement REST/SOAP integrations, connectors, and services.
Configure and optimize decisioning, routing, SLAs, and business rules.
Implement security, access control, and authentication mechanisms.
Support DevOps practices including CI/CD and deployment automation.
