About the job
Key responsibilities
- Receiving, logging and tracking calls/emails through the ticketing system.
- Performing call logging & recording and ensure accurate web logging of tickets.
- Conducting incident classification, initial investigation, and diagnosis.
- Providing initial troubleshooting and support based on a defined knowledge base and SOPs.
- Escalating incidents to Onsite Support or relevant teams when required.
- Ensuring proper incident closure, confirming resolution with users.
- Conducting basic trend analysis to identify recurring issues.
- Managing Service Request Catalogue items, including password resets, access requests, and standard configurations.

Active Directory Effective Communication Network Configuration Troubleshooting

- Diploma/Graduate in IT or related field.
- 2 -5 years of experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
