The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Outlook and Office 365 environments, handling hardware and basic network troubleshooting, and working confidently with both remote and on-site users. The candidate should be well-versed in ticketing tools, service level agreements (SLAs), incident resolution, and service requests.Key Responsibilities:
- Support for Outlook, Office 365, Windows desktops
- Hardware and basic network troubleshooting
- Handle Tickets, SLAs, incidents, and service requests
- Perform remote and on-site technical support
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve escalations
- Manage desktop patching and updates
- Handle domain joins and apply group policiesRequirements:
- 1.6+ years in IT support roles
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows
- Hands on experience with ticketing tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
