Key Responsibilities

A. Design and Documentation

1. Translate client briefs into detailed furniture design concepts, mood boards, and material presentations

1. Produce accurate working drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for manufacturing partners (AutoCAD / SketchUp or equivalent)

1. Maintain design documentation through revisions and ensure manufacturing-ready files are precise and complete

1. Review samples, finishes, and prototypes against design intent before client presentation.

B. Client Management

1. Lead client consultations from initial brief through to sign-off, in person at the Ulsoor showroom or at client sites

1. Manage client expectations on timelines, customization scope, and design feasibility

1. Present concepts clearly and confidently, incorporating feedback without losing design integrity

1. Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.

C. Project Coordination

1. Coordinate with manufacturing partners and vendors on production schedules, quality checks, and delivery timelines

1. Conduct site visits to assess spatial requirements, oversee installations, and resolve on-ground issues

1. Flag risks early and manage resolutions without unnecessary escalation

1. Work closely with the founders on project pipeline, capacity planning, and process improvement.
